Good morning :

I'll get right down to it, there are any number reasons why your

joints still hurt even if your sed rate is low. Of course the usual

answer could be joint damage from use/illness or swelling. There's

also the fact that your sed rate maybe low but your ferritan could be

up (just another measure of inflamation). You're best bet would be

to call your either your RA or your PCP and ask for the ferritan rate

to be tested. You never know.

In the meanwhile, to help along with the discomfort you might want to

try resting a little, perhaps talk with the doc about an additional

anti-inflamatory or something along that line.

I'm sorry you have the headaches too. Like you and Kirk I get them

too but usually during hurricane season and they'll last for weeks on

end. Sometimes they can be debilitating, sometimes quiet enough that

I can function a bit. We certainly have a challenge on our hands.
