Yes! I am a raw milk consumer and former illegal raw milk runner here

in western North Carolina. In January 2006, I found out about raw milk,

cheese, yogurt etc. when I was a work exchanger at Earthaven EcoVillage

near Black Mountain, NC. www.earthaven.org. The wonderful people I

worked for turned me on to Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions and the

Primal Diet. I went through a month long de-tox that was quite a

challenge and find I can no longer eat processed foods at all without

getting sick. Since then I have stayed on an organic whole foods diet.

I am looking forward to networking with people local to me with an

interest in creating a food club.
