My mom and I used those patches for a while. I can tell you that the

first

few days they looked gross...pulled a ton of crud out of us... And as time

went on, less and less came out. So I don't know if it really makes a huge

difference, but I think they helped a bit. I did have a bit more energy

then. My biggest problem was I broke my rib by falling so I can't really

say how much they helped or not. But I can say that they did take less and

less crap out of our feet as the days went on.

My dad didn't think they'd work, but when he saw how they changed over time,

he actually changed his mind on it and tried them to.. He thought he had

more energy, but other than that, we really couldn't measure anything else.

That's about it from my standpoint... I usually agree with Ellen on this,

that most of them are not trust worthy, but for some reason, I agreed to try

these - I think it was out of desperation to feel better...

Take care,

Ellen, Not really blocked...it just looks like an interesting thing to do

for the system....if it works. I don't trust those those things either...and

I can't find anything reliable about them on the internet. That's why I

thought I'd ask everyone here. I didn't know Yoga or meditation would work

as a toxin cleanse. I like that idea a lot!

Thanks,

Re: Toxin patches

I've got to be honest , I don't know from personal experience

but I don't usually trust those commercials or infomercials. If you

want a toxin cleanse then I'd suggest you go to an accupuncturist.

Perhaps you might want to do something like Yoga or meditation if you

don't like needles. Personally, I do meditation. Not something I get

to do as often as I'd like but I find it helps to keep me centered and

allows for a bit of healing.

Just out of curiousity, are you feeling blocked?

Take care and be well.

Mine are more bearable also - it's amazing - I think I must have pulled ever

muscle around my ribs when I fell. You must have also. But finally, I feel

like we can start to attack some of the boxes that are piled up around the

house that we haven't touched yet from the move. My husband has been

awesome.. He has unpacked a great deal, but we want to decorate together -

and we have a lot of paintings to put up and pictures, etc that we need to

do together. When our other house sells, that is when the real fun begins,

because we really want to rip out the master bath (which is really small and

put in a new one - but we have to wait to do that because of the two

mortgages - it's too expensive to do before the other house sells - so we

are really praying that the other house sells soon!!!

I'm glad that your rib is feeling better. Are you in pain from your kidney

area at all?

Hugs,
