You must be so proud of her. It¹s nice that she can be a Mommy¹s girl yet

still be independent.

My memory is bad too. It makes me crazy that I can read something and can¹t

remember it and have to go back and reread it a few times before it sinks

in.

Hope you¹re refinancing goes well and your legal loose ends gets resolved.
