I am a new raw milk consumer.

I went to 3 Sally Fallon presentations. I have learned to make Kefir and am

drinking raw milk for the first time. Growing up in Alaska, I drank can and

powdered milk and ate oleo, then I switched to soy and rice and a little bit of

butter. Never thought that I would drink 100% milk let alone raw milk. My

husband and I love it. The hardest thing for me in switching is the fat. I

have been so indoctrinated about animal fat. But the Weston Price presentation

makes so much sense to me.

This is all new to me.
