Al: Sleep Apnea may be an answer. I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea last fall

and in thinking about it, when I started using the C-PAP, I may have begun to

see some relief with my pulse and breathing. Now that I am off the medication

(3 weeks) that the side affect from it started the whole thing, I will start

looking for more changes. I had to stop using the C-PAP now for a few weeks

because of an skin infection that developed around my nose and mouth. I hope to

start using it again this week. It really does help to get a full night's rest

and between not using the C-PAP and being taken off the Elavil, I have terrible

nights now which results in a much more fatigued day.

Do talk to your doctor about it. It was the pulmonary doctor that sent me to

get the sleep studies.
