Ok where are my troop this morning, time to report, I hope you didn't quit

on me. I did an awesome workout this morning, add intervals (HIT = High

Intensity Training) to lose weight faster...Mindy, Cathe and Gin have videos

with interval training...Now it is your turn to post your workouts. I'll be

doing non-Taebo videos tomorrow, and Sunday will be my rest day...Have a

wonderful weekend everyone!!! This is Sergeant Monse saying good-bye...

Good morning! Wow, great workout!! This morning I did the back and shoulder

segments from Cathe's Slow and Heavy series and realized I should have done

them yesterday and tris/bis today...but heck it was still a great workout!

Sergeant Monse,

Checking in for today. I got up early and worked out before work. I did

BL4. I really had a hard time getting through it, but stuck with it and

finished. I was up late last night so I guess thats why it was so hard to

get through the workout.

It sounds like you had a great workout, Monse. Good for you!!!

On to my brag for the week....

My brag is that I worked out every day this week. It feel really good to

back on track.

Hope everyone has a good weekend...

Bev

Well done! I don't think I'm ready for interval training yet, but when I am,

I know who to ask. You are an absolute marvel! BRAVO! By the way, I'm not

afraid of those fat cells. I went out for pizza with a friend after work, so

I'd better add a quick workout just in case...
