Self-Intro of Marci - Dallas, TX

Hi!My name is Marci (marci1196@...).I live in Dallas, TX and am a consumer of raw milk. Raw milk is available to me on site farm sales only. I am part of a group where we all take turns going to our dairy to pick up the milk (dairy is about an hour or hour and a half from Dallas). I have been consuming the raw milk for a relatively short time, I think around 4 months. I am really looking forward to hearing information about health benefits and also information on recipes, tips and techniques. I make my own yogurt and am trying to use the cream of our milk for our coffee.
