Guest guest
Jeff, There will always be agriculture wherever people... I am surprised how little the masses care about what they eat. We often have folks who think ,my son should sell his milk for less than the BOX STORE. Guest guest
My sister buys her milk at Sam’s club because I ask too much for mine. She buys 1% when they mark it down on the last day. She is a nurse—with epilepsy, and has 3 children that have issues, IMO because of the drugs she was on during pregnancy. One with aspbergers, and very small for his age, one very small for her age, previous seizure history, and a female metabolic clotting disorder, and the youngest, also small and with speech problems. Her 2 oldest, before drugs, and fine. But the drugs don’t cause problems, drs say… And with all that she is into low fat. Buys expensive processed foods, although she knows better, but cannot afford decent milk. After all, I must be making a killing if I am asking more than Sam’s, I mean “factory direct” should be cheaper, right? www.Majesty Farm.com " Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Guest guest
As many of you know, I am not a producer of raw milk. I *am* a consumer, though, and I appreciate and know the work and care that goes into taking care of a herd, taking care of the land, taking care of business... At $10 a gallon, real raw milk would still be a steal! But you all know that already... Garret " Barn's burnt down- Now I can see the moon. Guest guest
And THAT is what gets me so riled my veins pop out on my neck! Everything we sell should be cheaper than Wal-Mart. When I ask $2.25 for eggs they tell me how this " fella " down the road has them for $1. Well what the heck are you asking me for if this " fella " has such darn good eggs! Same goes for our meat/animals. Ahhh I could go on about this for some time. Guest guest
I have more customers than I have eggs. It just amazes me what folks will complain about. One turned away from my price and said she could get cheaper at WalMart. I agreed completely! Guest guest
Sounds like she spends to much time reading the paper and not enough time doing real research. I have relatives in the medical profession who where brainwashed for a time by the university system.
