knee surgery

Hi all, been awhile since my last post and I'm sorry for that, but I haven't

been doing too good. For those that can remember, I have been trying to get knee

surgery to relieve some of the pain in my knee. Well I have finally got it

scheduled. This Wed. the 30th in the am. They are going to do a knee scope

(there's a better medical term for it but I can never remember it). They will

poke two holes in my knee and in one insert a camera and through the other they

will scrap out all the loose bodies and drain all the fluid that has built up in

there. Hopefully this will make it easier for me to walk. I have had to use my

wheelchair so much lately that it would be nice for a change to not have to.

With me I have no strength in my arms or hands to push myself so I am constantly

having to call my mom and see if she can go with me whereever it is I need to

go. She is a godsend. Hopefully all goes well with surgery and I will post as

soon as I can after. My computer, however, is down right now and I have to go to

my local library to use theirs, so I don't know how soon I will be able to get

back here.

On another note I am so glad that our Larry is doing better. I wanted to send

out cards to Larry, Patty & Danni, but have not been up to doing much. So I will

send my warm wishes for speedy recoveries through email instead of postal.

Well I must go for now. Please pray that I have a decent day Wednesday so they

will not cancel surgery. I just have this feeling that I will wake up with fever

and they will not do it. Hope everyone is doing well.
