We're closing in on the worst of the storm here in the Copperfield area...and

it's been pretty bad the last hour.  Fortunately my house has been pretty

soundproof to the noise, but earplugs helped my autistic son; the kids are

" camping " in the safe room (big interior laundry/utility room), and I gave him

earplugs and a new Lego magazine that came in the mail; he read for 5 minutes

and went to sleep.  Whew.  Now if I could only stop the loud whistling/moaning

sound coming from beween my storm door and the back door...

We're into a wild ride right now...
