Dear June...please don't apologize...we're all here for each other!

This sounds awful. Are you on an antibiotic? Golly, I hope it starts

healing and gives you some relief.

You are so right about our feet! It took an 'act of congress' to get me

to buy slippers...I'm a barefoot girl. But I keep a good eye on these

puppies. Please take good care of yourself and keep us posted on your

progress.

Much Love & Many Hugs...

Tess

Oh June, here I thought you were off teaching some young gorgeous doctors

about the

nasty disease we all share. It sounds like someone needs to teach a few

doctors the difference between gout and a nodule. Located where it was, it

would seem like it was gout. I hope the mistake doesn¹t lead to permanent

damage. You¹ve been through enough lately.

I hope the pain has subsided somewhat since it was drained, but know life

without Enbrel won¹t be easy.

Hugs,

June,

I am so sorry to learn of your foot troubles. Feet are nothing to take

lightly. My Dad developed a sore on his heel, the antibiotic he could not

tolerate and one thing lead to another and he developed gangrene in his foot.

He had a bad heart, and his heart could not send enough fresh blood to heal

the sore and the bottom line was that he passed away from the gangrene in his

leg. They were going to amputate, but the ortho surgeon could not find an

anesthesiologist to put my Dad to sleep, as they knew he would never wake up.

So PLEASE everyone take care of everything with your feet. How are things

going now? Any improvement? I am slow in answering my e-mails as I had knee

troubles but they seem to be slowly turning around or maybe it is just me

that is turning around!

PLEASE take care of yourself, we have to take care of our neighbors to the

North! Please keep us posted.

Gentle, tender, ten little toes angel hugs,

Debs in FL

Hi friends, thanks for the nice posts about my horrid foot. What I have now is a

deep hole from the ulcer but just have to keep it covered and dry. I have been

off Enbrel four doses now and very tempted to start again this weekend.

a and ,you must be bursting with pride at this list you created. I have

a hard time keeping up with all the new members' names but it seems we have the

creme de la creme that have joined and are offering their personal stories

along with such enormous support for everyone. Bravo!

Hugs

Hi June. I¹m glad you¹re feeling better and are healing. Did you take the

Enbrel?

I am very proud to be part of such a great group of people. I¹m met some

wonderful people here, and in fact I¹ve been away for the last few days

because a friend that I met on this list came to stay with me for 5 days.

We also had a visit with yet another member we met here. Sort of a mini

reunion of old time members that I¹ve known for many years.

I¹m playing catch up, and am touched by some of the posts, especially the

thread on faith.

I¹ve never known such a caring, supportive bunch of people.

Hugs,
