1.at what age did you realize that something was wrong with your child?

4 yrs old

2.is there a formal diagnoses? what age?

Asperger Syndrome Age 8

3. what state/ country do you live in?

Ohio

4. does your child have any health problems like seizers, sinus

hearing. ect.?

Some sinus issues, but otherwise pretty healthy

5. any dual diagnoses? like ADD/ADHD,or others.

No other diagnoses.

6. any other person in family (cousins, aunts, uncles,

siblings)diagnoses or show signs of any of the ASD?

I believe my MIL had signs of ASD

7. any speech problems?

No

8. any medications? if so what for?

No
