I probably got it off the internet and just copied and pasted it to a word file and didn't copy the web address. My info is two years old. Ro State Raw Milk Laws Does anyone know of a website where you can find the laws concerning raw milk for your state in layman's terms? So far for South Dakota, I believe that as long as the milk is labeled and you are not selling through a third party such as a grocery or marketer, you can sell raw milk. This has all been heresay from local folks. I would like to have the statute in hand though when they slap on the cuffs.I emailed the state Dept of Ag, but all I received was a link to several statutes which didn't really tell me anything.
