Or should I say " gurgle! " My doctor is very convinced that not only do we need at least 8 glasses a day, but that the amount increases with your weight! My poor husband has been trying to drink what is recommended for his weight (he's 6 feet 1, weighs 188) and that is nearly 10 glasses! Poor guy spends half the night peeing. This bears watching. To much of a good thing is just as bad as not enough. I try to get the bulk of my drinking earlier in the day so my sleep is not interrupted. Sleep is to important and I have enough trouble in that department!
