Hi everyone,

I hope all is going well for each one of you, though I see that Deb is

apparently in the hospital - I will have to check the archives on that since I

went to no mail while we were gone.

Larry and I just got back for a short vacation. We went to Itaska State Park

here in Minnesota. It was wonderful to just get away from town, phone calls,

duties, etc. We had fun checking out the sites at the park, though some of it

was rather disappointing. There were a couple of sites that Larry really wanted

to see - the buffalo kill site - there was nothing there to see. It's just an

area that archiologists have discovered that Indians used when they hunted

buffalo thousands of years ago. There is a lot of interesting history there.

We also went fishing and unfortunately they weren't biting! We were told that

last week was a good week, but no one was having much luck while we were there.

LOL

My RA wasn't too bad during the vacation - we camped out 1 night at Itaska State

Park. It did put some restrictions on me, such as not going on some of the

nature walks you can go on in the park, but otherwise I held up pretty well.

The pain meds I have really helped when I needed the extra help.
