I have learned to be thankful for what I have. I always thank God for my

health cause you guys know that we could be much worse than we are. I had a

patient with ra and she had no joints in her fingers at all, she still used a

typewriter and wrote for the health center's paper.

I have also learned to appreciate God's creations and to see the beauty in a

summer shower or the clouds in the blue sky.

And lastly, I am so very thankful that my children or grandbabies don't have

to suffer with this disease.
