Hello,

I would like to introduce you to Traditional Foods MN. We are a group of people in the Twin Cities and surrounding area who have come together to swap food and knowledge about food and healing. For several years we held monthly potlucks and invited farmers and healers to give talks at our events. Now we have purchased a warehouse and hold our events there, as well as selling nutritious organic foods and supplements Tues.-Sat. A section of the warehouse is rented out to dairy farmers who make unpasturized milk available to members of their dairies at our metro location. This saves time for families who used to have to drive hours to dairy farms. We also carry goats milk.

You are invited to attend our event this Saturday from 10am-2:00pm, where we will have a round table discussion on the GAPS diet, based on Gut and Psychology Syndrome. Several families in our group have helped their children heal from ADD/ADHD and autism by using diet approaches such as GAPS. GAPS is a healing diet, so people do not have to be on it for life, it is meant to heal their digestive problems. We ask for a $10 donation to attend, but no one will be turned away. We are located at 304 W 61st St. Minneapolis, MN 55419. We are behind the car warehouse, look for a small white and black sign out front.

We are growing and seek new product vendors. If you produce food or bodycare items and would like a space to display and market them, consider Traditional Foods MN warehouse.

We also have a large space where members can hold meetings, show films, etc.

Thanks for your work in health and wellness,

Amy Storbakken and the Folks at Trad Foods MN
