Guest guest Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 A nutirtionist told me this ( by the way it did make me feel better but hard to stick to it) No Meat..occasional Turkey No wheat No Dairy Pineapple and grapes help inflammation This what she says I should eat Rice and Beans Veggies any...salads etc.. Some fruits as above tofu Fish Hemp Protein Powder She also said to rotate salad oils... I do believe Barbara in California keeps a strict diet Vegetarian... Anyways... I am going to try this again..
