What form are these B12s in? I.e., supplements, transdermal,

sublingual, nasal spray?

Hi Zoe,

These are all liquids. There was the possibility of a spray bottle

version if there was interest (let me know and I'll pass on your

views).

We use adenosyl b12 capsules which they also do.

The web pages still aren't working (but I've reported them) so we

should be able to search on b12 soon. www.metabolics.com

Hi Zoe and Sandy,

You can buy a little, plastic spray bottle, ideal for spraying on the

inside of cheeks, back of the throat etc in Boots. If I remember it

costs less than £1.

Hi Sandy

Dennis the Chemist was still working on producing a nasal spray last

time Dixon went there for probiotics (about 2 weeks ago) - but if

that doesnt come off, I would definitely be interested in nasal

spray from Metabolics - will let you know when I hear from D the C.
