Guest guest
Hi Keri, Yes, all of us have a long road ahead of us, even you. I also pray that things get easier for you. I guess everything is relative. When I hear of other's illnesses, and the challenges they face, it puts things in perspective. I don't know what I would do if I had Lupus, Scleroderma, or the myriad of other diseases many of us have here. I am inspired everyday by the courage of the members in this group. I hope that the Enbrel continues to work on and that he reaches a balance of body and mind regarding his RA. A little gallow's humor isn't bad either, but I guess it's always in the context of when it is done. Your devotion to him is admirable. There are many who would, and have, walked away in situations like this. Being able to discuss what I am going through is so important to me. And the ability to offer words of encouragement and support, or to just listen, are just as important. If I have helped others, that's great. I certainly know I have been helped. Just knowing there are people who really care about you and love you for who you are is wonderful. I believe that everything happens for a reason. I have never looked back since being diagnosed and lamented about " what if? " Sure, there are things I used to do that I wish I still could, but there is a lot I can do now that I wouldn't if I was healthy. All my best to you and . He's a lucky man. Love and hugs, Al
