parafin wax bath emergency

Hi just wanted to know if anyone might know of a home rememdy. My cat knocked

the top of my parafin wax bath off last nite and got one paw soaked. i got some

of the wax off. does anyone know how i can help her get the rest off? i cant get

her to the vet.took my car to shop monday and its still overheating. thanks for

your help. mary in orlando
