Hi Barb,

Sorry to hear your feet are so sore. I hope if you decide to take the

methotexate it gives you some relief, I haven’t tried it myself but it

sounds like most of the people in the group who have haven’t’ had the really

bad side effects. I’ll probably have to take once I’ve had a baby and it

makes me nervous too. I saw a professor of Rheumatology when I was first

diagnosed and he heavily advocates methotrexate, he says it is a drug that’s

been around a very long time and has proved itself over the years. (Of

course this was in South Africa where the biologics are impossible to get

for now – too expensive/ not available).
