Guest guest
On second thought, I think the butter is okay..I'll have to check the book. Goats butter is great. ( But then I love goat cheese ) I dont notice the difference between that and cow. I have had a BIG problem using goat milk in my tea ( now that tastes goaty!) but as I cannot seem to wean myself off milky tea, I'll have to do penance for that :-)) I think part of the problem with A1 milk in general is that as soon as it is pastuerized, the protein molecules break up specially at the critical points and result in these opiate-like molecules even before the digestion process comes into play. In any case, I am off A1 milk entirely after reading the book Devil in the Milk until I can be persuaded otherwise. Cheers, Anita schrieb: > > Hi , > > Yes, we use butter.
