Guest guest
at this stage of the game, industrial sabotage is a distinct possibility ================ > > Raw milk is legal in CA; I buy it from Whole Foods market. The last time I purchased it, after I got home, I discovered that the contents of both cartons were were solid rather than liquid. Both had a week or more left on their expiration dates. When I returned them to the store, one cashier asked me if I was sure, since it was raw milk, that it wasn't supposed to be that way! Back in the dairy section of the store, I shook several cartons and found a few more solid ones, before I found a couple of liquid ones. I took a solid one to the cashier to show him the difference! :-) > > In the meantime, even the new cartons started tasting sour well before the expiration date. This is discouraging. I love raw milk, but I don't like the taste of sour milk. This is a very reputable raw milk dairy in CA and I've never had trouble with their products before. > > Cheryl >
