Guest guest
I sent this info to ASA-Texas---I wanted to let you know that s--the leading US autism nutritionist--presented her new book to parents this week at the Defeat Autism Now! (DAN!) Biomedical Conference in San Diego. " Nourishing Hope for Autism: Nutrition Intervention for Healing Our Children " is one of the 1st pcs of autism diet literature recommended to parents upon diagnosis by Mumper, Medical Director of Autism Research Institute and autism pediatricians. It was reviewed in the OCT/NOV 08 issue of Spectrum Magazine and was test published to 2,000 parents and practitioners. Many parents are using the book to successfully recover their children via diet and supplement intervention as a complement to other therapies and consultation with an autism nutritionist. The guide provides parents with detailed, easy-to-read information they need to better understand the gut-brain connection, nutrition education re: the digestive system of the child with autism and how to implement special diets. It is available at www.nourishinghope.com
Guest guest
I can vouch for this, s is very knowledgeable. Have had the opportunity of attending when she presents with Sueson Vess and Betsy Hicks out in Chicago at the Autism One Conference. Many of her Power Point presentation are on her site and on the Autism One site and could be heard on the Autism One Radio. http://www.autismone.org/download2008.cfm http://www.autismone.org/download2007.cfm http://www.autismone.org/radio/ Excellent book indeed, well worth the investment.
