Hi Noel,

Glad to have you on our list. No there is no limit on how much raw

dairy you can consume in a day...it's just like any other food source.

Just do however much you want. Kind of like bananas. Just eat what

you want, and you should be fine.

I think actually that VEGAN is a very good diet to to be on when you

combine it with lots of raw dairy. In fact, I wish I could eat that way

every day. But unfortunately I simply cannot.

To answer some of your questions, yes, the cream and butter are

simple to make. Cream is easy in that it requires no recipe. You

just skim it off the top of the milk once it has risen to the top.

For the butter, you basically skim the cream off the top of the milk,

and put it into a blender on high until it " breaks " into butter and

buttermilk. Take out the clump of butter and submerge it in ice cold

water and massage it until most of the milk is out of it, then put it

into the freezer for long storage or the refrigerator to use it right

away.

Raw goat milk is actually less acidic and more alkaline than raw cow

milk. I would say that raw cow milk would fall into the acid forming

category. If you are trying to balance out your body's PH, and that

is what I think you are asking about, then I would just use it in

moderation. Some people tend towards a more acidic body and

raw cow milk might exacerbate that problem if overdone.

I just drink it in moderation, and I do a lot of lactose-free

fermented dairy, like kefir and yoghurt.

Hope this helps you!

D.
