Ya know, you are all so amazing. I've been 'lurking' and reading

and just when I think the number of emails is just too overwhelming

and my self-discipline to stay on task working rather than giving

into the temptation of just feasting upon on the love shared in

this family...I just can't unsubscribe...I can't. This is a place

for growing, healing, sharing, and so much positive energy. So I

need to try to share a little or interact because just taking your

love would be so selfish.

Now about that mantra..I LOVE IT! It made me wonder what others use

for mantras for 'getting in the zone' as they prepare to meditate?

I'd love to hear more about this.

I originally used the following with breathing:

Inhale slowly... " Be still "

Exhale slowly... " And know "

Inahle slowly... " I AM "

Exhale very slowly... " God " (IF using " God " doesn't work for you,

substitute " Love " ..it's all the same!)

I often just 'breathe in' " Love " and then exhale it out to the

universe and just 'be'.

Hello most wonderful ! I'm glad you're participating! I wanted to tell you that your mantra is beautiful. I can't offer much more information about mantras your way, I don't use them that much. The one I do use is "Om Mani Padme Hum". It's very powerful for me. Usually when I meditate I instinctively release, and shift to my third eye center, then I let my guides steal me away to where ever they what to take me!
