After winning a due process hearing and state level review for private placement for the 2007- 2008, Parma school district insisted that they had no further obligation to pay for services during the 2008-2009 school year. In response , Mrs Winkelman filed a pro se due process, and as well seeking injunctive relief in Federal Court seeking stay put. The district judge ruled in their favor, indicating that stay put was the current private placement DB
