We have rare Pineywoods Cattle, Gulf Coast Sheep and are planning on adding some more milking cows this spring. We are still in the learning before you leap stage and have about $1200 of dairy related books. 2009 will be our first year to start milking. We have much to learn and only the meat side of livestock to this point. Experience will be rewarding, hopefully with a minimium of errors. Thank you for the previlage to be a part of this group!
