Guest guest Posted June 8, 2008 Report Share Posted June 8, 2008 the constant off-the-shelf answer to that is that they ARE there, but that they are not cared for and not diagnosed because they have been missed (as in “they are out there living their quiet lives, undisturbed and unrecongnised). it is time someone comes up with new diagnosis for all those missing adults with autism.
