Do I cut the scoby in half or quarter and then put it in with the next batch or what??? (it is from a gallon jar, so it is BIG) Or do I use the new scoby and put it in a batch? If so then what do I do with the old scoby? Or do I just put the whole thing old and new in a new batch of Rooibos sweetened tea? Thanks for all your help from this group...
