Will Traditional Medicaid Pay For Private Speech?

Does anyone know this? My son has traditional medicaid and he does get 30 mins of speech at school a week, but it is with three other kids and I dont see that it is doing much good. I would like to get him private speech in addition to what he is receiving at school so he could get some one on one help if his insurance would pay for it.
