Does anyone have any suggestions for a good multivitamin/mineral and supplement

especially for autistic individuals with a restrictive diet?

Just for information, for gluten free products, The celiac foundation puts out a

guide called " The Celiac's Best Friend "   which is a 450 page book for

gluten-free products.

well i have only just started hannah on 2 drinks. her diet is horrible and very

restrictive, so i gave up and thought this has to be the way to go for now. she

is 14 now, and get more and more stubborn, and simply will not try new things. i

went to the chemist and even though she is a natropath, she isn't into all the

mixes etc, she tries the chemist things first. so this is what i got. From

metagenics i got multi care for kids, it has multivitamins and mineral, natural

orange flavour. i give her a glass of juice and mix 2 teasspoons into it and get

her to drink it. she is not a big juice drinker, so i had to say, this is like

medicine, it will make you feel stronger, and she took with that. then i got

Natures way, instant natural protein drink, its chocolate flavoured, but you can

get vanilla too, add it to milk, for growth and repair of muscles. I give her

this, as she refuses point blank to eat any meat anymore. So far she is drinking

them, and i have to remember to make sure she has them. Hope this is of some

help....go ask at your chemist and see what they have.

There are no chemists to ask where I live.  We have a health food store and

physicians,  Some chiropractors and acupuncturists.  I am looking for

suggestions to see what has worked with some people, so I can avoid a tremendous

amount of trial and error.
