Guest guest
Hi Mike, I take the Osteo Bi Flex triple strength. It seems to help some if I take it like I'm supposed to. And for me it has to be the name brand, the store brand just wasn't as good. Not a huge help, but I'll take what I can get. Be well! in NC </HTML>
Guest guest
Hi Mike: Vitamins and suppliments are very much an individual response much like our meds. What works for me, may not be right for you but I can suggest (and strongly) what I believe in. You're best bet is to go to your doctor. Suppliments and vitamins interact with our drugs, you MUST be careful! There was a short study done on Bee Pollen in England. Not conclusive, I'm afraid but it couldn't hurt your energy level if you're allowed to take it. Fish oil, as ALlison mentioned is extremely good for a number of things, as is shark cartiledge. COQ10 is also supposed to be good for what ails you, as is MSM but both can be VERY expensive. Black Cohosh is supposed to stop got flashes or night sweats, by the way and a simple dosing of vitamin E is extremely helpful as well. Malic Acid and Magnesium is good for fibromyalgia, night sweats, helps you sleep better, etc. AGAIN:CHECK WITH THE DOCTOR FIRST! Take care and be well.
