Anne Mendelson, the author of "Milk: The Surprising Story of Milk Through the Ages" (Alfred A. Knopf, 2008), will discuss the pros and cons of raw, unpasteurized milk at a meeting of the Culinary Historians of New York on Dec. 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the National Arts Club, 15 Gramercy Park South (20th Street and Irving Place).
