Theresa, I think you hit the nail on the head here. It's a medical

procedure, and a preventative procedure. That carries special risks.

In the end, self or self's representative (parents in the case of

little kids) should have the right of final say-so and it be

completely respected as a personal duty, right, and freedom in this

country.
