Guest guest
Greetings fellow raw dairy consumers! My name is Vic Johanson (vicj@...), and I'm a real milk enthusiast. Finally, after years of intermittent supply, I've located a local cow share and presently get three gallons a week. Here in Alaska, raw milk can't be sold for human consumption, and any sold as pet milk has to be denatured with dye or charcoal. So the cow share is the only legal option. I have purchased under the table from civil- disobedience minded individuals from time to time in the past, though. Down with The Man! Ultimately, (when I have more time and land), I intend to acquire my own dairy flock or herd. Meantime, I have a cream separator and butter churn to experiment with. I'm making raw milk kefir, and expect to branch out into yogurts and cheeses. Raw dairy is an integral part of my philosophy of proper nutrition, and I'm pleased to at last be able to incorporate it.
