Cheesemaker Scholarship Committee

The Cheesemaker Support Committee was recently created by the Board of

Directors, targeting issues that will assist ACS cheesemakers in a

variety of areas. For example, the committee currently is working on

projects that address issues surrounding " raw milk " production, HACCP

certification, and cheesemaker education programs. The primary goal of

the committee is to be a support mechanism for all ACS cheesemakers,

especially with regard to providing learning opportunities, or providing

reliable advice on creating viable GMP's that will meet goverment and

FDA regulations.
