Living Assistance and Support Services Waiver Renewal Stakeholder Meeting

The Community

Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) waiver will be renewed on Sept.

1, 2009. DADS has scheduled a stakeholder meeting to obtain feedback

regarding current waiver services on Dec. 4, 2008, 2-4 p.m., at the H.

Winters Complex, 701 W. 51st St., Austin, Texas 78751, Room 103W.

Written

comments regarding waiver services may be submitted until 5 p.m. the day of the

stakeholder meeting. Written comments may be sent to Bob by:
