something needs to be of done in regards to airport security as this

happens more time than not buy a 99% of the time for me and only 1%

it does not/ It is of my movement issues, it is of my lack of eye

contact and my searching to try to imiate of what others are of doing

as cues to me of what to do too and this somehow tends to trigger

security. Even if I to be of disclosed of the autism had of several

security people tell of me they can careless what I to have???

Another things that builds my anxiey is of the fast processing that

is of expected and not being of able to process that quickly/

language while can use of it cant process of it always in good

fashions, or what is of expected, or to interpret it fast enough or

correctly.

but even still not understand why some can be of so mean. they

encoruage to ask of questions but if i to ask they treat of me badly

for asking. This is of why I to hate of airports but love of the

Sondra, I think what they see when you continually shift your eyes & look

nervous, they can sense it & wonder why you're nervous for " no reason " , in

their minds. They are trained to look for nervous, anxious looking people

b/c they are afraid they might be terrorists. There are many reasons why

these airport security people are acting so mean. !) Their sense of power

in being able to place some control over who gets checked & who doesn't 2)

They are probably not very well educated or trained 3) They are under

stress trying to move a lot of people thru 4) No one wants to look stupid,

so don't point it out 5) Most people dislike going through security but

aren't overly anxious about it.

Have someone put it in writing that you have autism & need help in getting

through security, that you have difficulty processing verbal instructions &

difficulty answering rapid questions & anything else that has gone wrong in

the past traveling. When you ask questions, to them, it looks like you're

questioning their competence, so in this case, don't ask them questions but

wait until you can ask someone safe & just do what they ask you to do & you

will get done faster. Have a dr write this or at least sign what you

write. An MD after a name carries a lot of weight & that may help ease your

fears about going through security. Hope some of this helps make it easier

to travel by air.
