Hi !

I have United Dental too, and did not have a problem because we found a

pediatric dentist here in Austin (Dr. on Bee Caves) that

does not use amalgam. He sees lots of autistic kids, and gets that

question a lot I am sure. Our son had stainless steel fillings/crowns

in back and composite/porcelain in noticeable areas.

Maybe find a dentist that doesn't use amalgams anymore?

I would think ALL dentists should stop using them since FDA came out

this past year and recommended not using them.

Hope you are well!

impossible to win. I am on United Healthcare.
