I have been told I am doing all the right things, OT, speech, GFCF, supplements, but I am a little discourage by the overwhelming costs. I want to do everything I can, but it seems out of reach for me a mother of 2 year old twins with a middle class income. If you could give me any advice I would appreciate it. Thanks.
