Waiver Renewal

The Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) waiver will be renewed on September 1, 2009. DADS has scheduled a stakeholder meeting to obtain feedback from stakeholders regarding current waiver services. The stakeholder meeting will be held Thursday, December 4, 2008 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the H. Winters Complex, Room 103W, located at 701 W 51st Street , Austin , Texas 78751 .

Written comments regarding waiver services may be submitted until 5:00 PM the day of the stakeholder meeting. Written comments may be sent to Bob by fax at , by e-mail to bob.scottdads (DOT) state.tx. us, or mail to Bob , DADS, Community Services, PO Box 149030 , Mail Code W-521, Austin , Texas 78714-9030 .
