This doesn't at all surprise me. Considering there are 50 states and

too many nations to keep up with, it's alarming to me that about 20

percent of my current caseload is in regards to the ISD's. Revenge is

never a good motto.. but wanting Justice is. In this case...I

certainly hope that the parents in TX prevail.
