Guest guest
Hi Everyone! Well it's been 2 months since my surgery. I've lost 26 pounds. I don't post here often (still haven't gotten use to this format) but I follow your posts and have learned a lot. While my weight is not dropping off as quickly as I like, it's still coming off. Some of you may remember, I've had poo issues (not going) since surgery. I now have it somewhat regulated thanks to Vitalady and all of you. My DR said that even though I'm a lightweight, I'm on the older side for having the surgery.. lol I don't know if age (I'm 56) has anything to do with it. I might be a slow loser, but as long as I lose, that's what matters. I'm getting in between 80 to 100 grs of protein, 80 oz of water and decaf tea, taking all my supplements. Yesterday I counted every single carb I put in my mouth and it was only 78, from veggies, protein drinks crackers, etc. So, even though I haven't experienced a big wow yet... I'm still happy I had the surgery. I didn't experience any complications from surgery or since. Any " DIET " where I can eat from Taco Bell and LJS is OK by me! I can eat just about anything, fish, chicken, pork, beef, cheese, cottage cheese, etc Thanks y'all for being here, you're the BEST!! P.S. I forgot to mention... only 4 lbs to onederland!! and lost 7 inches
