Guest guest
So sad that your husband would do something like that in front of your dear mum. I personally think that you will be better off with out him and his mum. I always think that the best revenge is success, you will show the pair of them that you can make a success of your life in all aspects: professionally, intellectually, financially, with great and successful kids and last but not least romantically... soon the weight will be gone for good and you will be a different looking girl, wearing gorgeous clothes, with many friends and admirers in your life...just remember that you have us who will be here to encourage you along the way. This is your chance to design your life the way YOU want, you will live in the house that you want, in the suburb that you want, you can drive the car you want! Courage and strenght my dear Rosie Hugs
Guest guest
Hi Andi, yep, I consider his attitude towards me and lack of respect a form of abuse. Even though I blame his mother for causing our problems, I blame him for us being in the situation we are in today, because he never had the balls to stand up for me when he should have. I've never asked him to argue with his mum, but when she's overstepped the line, like causing WW3 when I didn't invite her to his workers' Xmas dinner, I did expect him to say something then. The problem is that he actually thinks it was appropriate for her to be there and that it was no big deal if I had invited her. As far as the kids go, I know he loves them dearly but how can he be a good role model of a man if he is still attached to the umbilical cord? I still love him. How do you stop loving someone after 21 years of marriage? He says he doesn't love me anymore. But I don't think he's ever really loved me, because he's never shown it in any way apart from in the bedroom - and that's not real love, just sex. He took the kids to dinner and a movie last night. In all our married life he has never asked me to dinner and a movie. It's always me that's instigated the going out. I've been expected to go to work, cook, clean, wash, taxi the kids, take care of all the bills etc, do his bookwork, and then feel like screwing him at night. Well, I hope he's happy now. As much as I love him, I can seen he's not good for me, so I don't want him back. EVER. How are you going anyway? So close to the wedding. Ooh, how exciting! Love, Rose. > > Sweetheart, there is only so much that you should have to endure in > one sitting....
