Hi, everyone. My name is . I just joined a food coop that

makes it possible to buy raw milk directly from the farmers, which is

the only way to do it legally here in New York. I started making

kefir a couple months ago and have been using organic milk from the

health food stores, but I want to take it to the next level. I will

be picking up my first purchase tomorrow. I try to eat raw as much as

possible. I would like to learn from others who have been doing this

for awhile. My only previous experience with raw milk was on my

uncle's farm when I was a kid (oh, probably at least 50 years ago.) I

remember not liking it at all, but it was warm, taken out of the large

stainless steel barrel or vat he stored his milk in. He was,

I look forward to learning from all of you. By the way, my kefir

grains have been growing and reproducing like crazy, so if you live

nearby and are in need of milk kefir grains, let me know.
