Intro: Cherrie from Kansas

Hi All,

I'm excited to have found this group. My hubby and I are beginning farmers that

are interested in raw milk. Our farm is Prairie Paradise Farms, currently in

Coats, KS (and thus our email prairieparadise@...). I'm joining to learn

all I can and avoid pitfalls in all aspects of production and sales (I don't

need to be convinced of the benefits, but will take advantage of any

publications that facilitate sales). Doing my research before taking the plunge.

I have no idea what the regs are in Kansas, but I've purchased raw milk from an

Amish family about an hour away. We will probably purchase our heifers from that

family.

Anyway, I look forward to the discussions and digging through the archives.
