Guest guest
This is a short version of # 1 ---older post Hi from Sue, Both my DH and I have had bowel problems ALL our lives UNTIL we started the following protocol.. He has /had IBS... I've had rectal surgery for a fissure at age 34 & now I'm almost 62 and he one year older. We both are recovered from Anxiety, Depression and ADHD.using these supplements and others I've talked about in the past. The answer for correcting bowel problems ( & much more) for US was increasing BILE production and CLEANSING the liver and aiding FAT absorption...and correcting Phenol & oxalate problems WITH the following supplements. AND for me... getting a clearing ( with a local ND.) for a FAT intolerance was huge.( as you know that's related to bile as well.) The 7 main things for that we use to insure good bowel & digestive health are : 1. TAURINE ( increases BILE production & much more like issues with OXALTES!!! ) (between 3,000- 4,500 mgs. per day)per muscle testing. 2.-LYSINE increases gastric juices, aids CA absorption, & increases =L- Carnitine which increases FAT metabolism. & AIDS BILE production as well. ( a domino effect) ( 3,000- 7,000 mgs. per day)..the higher amts needed when eating carbs. 3. L Carnitine (increases BILE production & much more.. 1,500-3,000 mgs. per muscle testing but OFTEN DON' T NEED IT per muscle testing if we have ENOUGH -----Taurine.and Lysine---- per muscle testing. 4. LIV AMEND --liver support from bodyecology.com cleanses liver & relieves constipation , promotes bile production. 1--4 pills per day per muscle testing. 5. Activated Charcoal for cleansing the liver and toxins and die -off debris. 5-15 pills ( 260 mg. Each) per day 2 hours away from supplements... per muscle testing. 6. TOPICAL SULPHUR...like Epsom Salts or sulphur ointment www.sulfurointment.com to aid in BILE production and PULLING HEAVY METALS out...( Also clears skin conditons like Hyperkeratosis and acne, dieoff bumps..,etc.) 7. Use use rotating probiotics as well but rarely need enzymes per muscle testing IF we have enough Lysine. Note: below BILE helps REGULATE good bacteria/ PROBIOTICS. WE muscle test well with Cocobiotic, DonQuai Probiotic liquid from www.bodyecology.com and Complete Probiotics from www.mercola.com Below is the reason why BILE helps good bowel help and more.. from the BED newsletter today. Hope that helps, Sue Why Proper Bile Flow in Your Body is Essential for Getting Rid of Toxins by BodyEcology.com Feeling sluggish? Could be sluggish bile. Boost your bile flow to boost your energy, and the rest of your body will thank you. Just follow Body Ecology’s Bile Basics and you’ll cleanse your liver, nourish your gall bladder and enjoy better digestion. You may not hear much about bile, but did you know that it helps you detoxify? Secreted by your liver and stored in your gall bladder between meals, bile is a complex fluid that :1 Contains bile acids that are essential for your digestion and absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins, as well as aiding your digestion of proteins and starches. Regulates your intestines’ level of friendly bacteria and yeast, the good microflora that keep you healthy and strong. Destroys unwanted and dangerous organisms as they invade your body. Encourages PERISTALIC action in your intestines to help fecal matter move through and out of your body. Is a critical part of your body’s detoxification process. Your liver uses bile as a way to get rid of all kinds of waste products through the secretion of bile. Your body then eliminates both bile and waste products, helping your liver cleanse. When these processes function appropriately, you feel great! But if your bile just isn’t flowing like it should, then you could experience a whole host of symptoms, from mild to severe like: Fatigue Acne Sinus problems Allergies Mood swings Migraines Constipation Acid reflux Gall bladder disease Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) GERD (Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease) That’s right, healthy bile is essential for a healthy body, so here are Body Ecology’s 5 Bile Basics to encourage healthy bile flow through your bile ducts, helping you digest your food better and naturally enhancing the detoxification of your body. Body Ecology’s 7 Bile Basics Bring on the bile! Healthy bile is intricately connected to a healthy liver and a healthy gall bladder. Support the function of those organs, and you will enjoy healthier bile flow. When you wake up, drink 6 oz of warm water with the juice of one lemon. This antiseptic drink supports a natural, daily liver cleanse. Eliminate even good fats and oils from your diet for a period of time. Instead, flavor your food with herbed salts and spices. Be creative! Giving your bile a break from having to break down fats at every meal helps your liver and gall bladder rest too. Avoid sugar and processed foods. High dietary intake of sugar and processed foods is linked to gall bladder disease. Create options for yourself that satisfy your sweet craving without the empty calories and sugar. Eat cultured vegetables. Packed with probiotics (good bacteria and yeast), cultured vegetables are a mainstay of the Body Ecology system and heal your body with every bite.
